Shipping Days and Times

We ship Monday through Friday(except holidays). Our same-day shipping cutoff time 3:00 MST. Verified orders for in-stock merchandise will almost always ship the same day you order.Shipping Carriers

Most of the time we use UPS or the U.S. Postal Service for shipment, but we may also use other carriers, such as FedEx or FedEx SmartPost. With SmartPost, the long-distance shipping is handled by FedEx, who then turns the package over to the USPS for local delivery to your home.

Need Your Gear Sooner? Expedited Shipping Is Available!
When you check out, we’ll give you the option to choose alternate shipping methods — all the way up to overnight — that will get you your gear sooner. You’ll pay the actual shipping cost for these methods. We don’t mark them up.

Returns Policy

At, we’re not happy until you’re totally happy. We want our customers to be excited about their new gear so if you’re not, please contact us so we can help. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days. When you return a product, you can request that it be replaced with an identical item, exchange it for a different item, or request a store credit or a refund.Any return requires a Return Authorization number, which is easy to get. Click here to submit a request for authorization.We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of shipment if the item is still in as new condition. Basically that means it’s just like the day you received it and if so, we’ll offer a refund or exchange for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. As new condition includes all packaging, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, twist-ties, etc.Requirements

    • Your return must be in new condition.
    • It must be in the complete original packaging, with the UPC bar code in place.
    • It must include all accessories.
    • It must include complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, quick start guide, etc.).
    • It must show no signs of wear or use.
    • It must include a Return Authorization number.
    Otherwise, we’ll charge you a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Products returned that are not in as new condition will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee plus labor and materials to restore the product to new condition, which will be deducted from your credit or refund. Items returned that have been damaged by the customer and cost more to repair than the products value will be returned to the customer without a refund and shipped at the customers expense.

Special Order, Demo, B-Stock and Used products are non-returnable unless defective.  Please call or e-mail us within seven days if you have received defective products.

Please keep in mind that Warren Music is a small independently owned and operated business. Our return policy is not intended to be used as a loaner program or free demo service. Microphone pro reserves the right to refuse service and limit returns if we feel our return policy is being abused.

We make ordering from easy and hassle free. Place your order online 24/7. You can order with confidence through our secure server. We ship most orders within 24 hours, or the next business day if you order on the weekend.

How to Cancel or Change an Order
We work hard to ensure that the products you order from are packaged securely and shipped rapidly. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. That being the case, if you need to cancel or return an order, you’ll need a Return Authorization number, which is easy to get. Please understand that some items cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include software and any item that is considered personal, such as an earphone or an instrument mouthpiece.

We Don’t Charge Until It Ships does not charge you in advance for orders that are not in stock and ready to ship. In the event that your order must be split (i.e., one item is in stock and one is backordered), we’ll contact you by e-mail, and we’ll only charge for the part that is shipped. Once the balance of your order is ready to ship, we will apply charges for that.
No Sales Tax does not collect the sales tax for any purchase made.
